The ALDM FeNO Starter Kit provides a modern, evidence-based all-in-one solution for the diagnosis and monitoring of respiratory diseases in outpatient care. It combines FeNO measurement as a sensitive biomarker for airway inflammation with forced spirometry for the assessment of obstructive and restrictive ventilatory disorders in one compact system. Cloud-based evaluation links clinical parameters with patient history and delivers a clear, physiological interpretation of results, supported by lung pictograms and an automatically generated quality report. This supports structured decision-making in the diagnosis of asthma, COPD and other inflammatory or obstructive lung diseases. Examinations take only a few minutes, with results available immediately as a clear report. Automatic quality assessment, artefact detection (e.g. coughing or swallowing) and a guided workflow help ensure reliable measurements and smooth integration into daily clinical routines.
