AKLION LabShop has been modernised and expanded into AKLION Shop — a single B2B procurement environment that now covers Laboratory reagents and consumables, Medical Consumables, and Equipment Supplies. The change reflects the growing range of products AKLION offers and the need for one place where clinics, laboratories, hospitals and procurement teams can source everything from analyser reagents to everyday medical disposables and the consumables and accessories that keep installed hospital devices running.

The new structure keeps all existing laboratory functionality intact: search by manufacturer REF, filter by brand and analyser system, build a quotation basket, save favourites, upload a full REF list from your account, and track order status. At the same time it adds two new commercial directions. Medical Consumables brings together gloves, syringes, wound care, infusion and injection products, hygiene items and PPE. Equipment Supplies covers only consumables, accessories and replacement parts for installed devices — sensors, cuffs, electrodes, filters, cables and printer paper — and connects the main AKLION Medical equipment catalogue with these compatible items, so users can move from a device page directly to the matching Shop range. Medical devices themselves remain in the AKLION Medical catalogue.

A refreshed clinical-tech design gives the platform a consistent dark interface with animated sector panels, a responsive header, and a circular division gateway that connects AKLION Medical, AKLION HomeCare and AKLION Shop. Search now supports exact-match mode, instant manufacturer and system filtering, list and card views, and a clear product hierarchy. Compatibility logic still links each article to the analysers and devices it serves.

Account management has also been strengthened. Registered users can manage company and delivery details, switch between viewer, manager and admin roles, generate PDF quotations, and receive order-status notifications. The old AKLION LabShop URLs now redirect automatically to /shop/laboratory, so saved links and quotations continue to work without interruption.

AKLION LabShop is now live as a self-service online portal for laboratory supplies. It brings together reagents, calibrators, quality controls, consumables and disposables for the leading clinical chemistry, immunoassay, haematology and molecular diagnostic analysers — all in one searchable catalogue.

Customers can search by manufacturer REF, browse by category, add items to a favourites list, build a quotation basket and submit requests directly to AKLION sales. Registered users can upload a full REF list, track order status and download invoices from their personal account.

The portal supports B2B procurement workflows with tiered user roles, manager approvals and PDF quotation generation. Stock availability, lead times and documentation are managed centrally, so clinics, hospitals and independent laboratories receive consistent, transparent service.

AKLION TempGuard is our new temperature monitoring family inside the Homecare division. It answers a simple everyday need: a safe, battery-free way to follow a temperature at home, in a clinic or on the road — for newborns, children, adults and seniors alike.

The line launches with two products. AK-TG-100, the forehead temperature sticker, provides up to 24 hours of continuous, hands-free monitoring on medical-grade PET with temperature-sensitive ink that changes colour within 15 seconds. It is supplied in twelve cheerful animal designs children are happy to wear, with a breathable, residue-free adhesive that is gentle on delicate skin.

AK-TG-200, the liquid-crystal forehead thermometer indicator, is a reusable bendable strip reading 29–40 °C (84–104 °F) in 10 to 15 seconds. Clear colour zones separate below-normal, normal and elevated temperature, and the strip can also be used on the armpit, chest or back. It is manufactured from non-toxic liquid crystal material in compliance with RoHS, REACH and EN71.

TempGuard suits pharmacy retail, paediatric practices, nurseries, care homes and travel kits. Retail boxes, resealable pouches, bulk supply and private-label branding are available for distribution partners worldwide.

With AKLION Orthohelp we are opening a second product line inside the Homecare division, dedicated to mobility and rehabilitation support. Orthohelp one-legged walkers give ergonomic lower-limb support after surgery, fractures and foot or ankle injuries, keeping both hands free during everyday activities.

The launch range includes indoor and outdoor configurations with adjustable height, a cushioned knee platform, shaped handles and stable wheels. Frames fold in seconds without tools, so a walker fits easily into a car boot or a cupboard between uses.

Compared with crutches, a knee walker reduces strain on the back, shoulders and wrists and restores a far more natural walking posture — which makes it a strong option for seniors, post-operative patients and anyone in a longer recovery.

We are introducing the AKLION Homecare Waterline — a dedicated homecare product family designed for everyday recovery, post-operative care and daily hygiene at home. The launch line covers a large number of variations, sizes and designs of waterproof protective covers for arm, hand, leg, calf, thigh, elbow and knee, sized for both adults and children.

Every cover uses a No Loop Style design: a soft elastic sealing membrane forms a watertight barrier around the limb without straps or loops, keeping casts and dressings dry through a full shower. The transparent bag makes it easy to inspect the dressing at a glance, and all covers are reusable, latex-free and skin-friendly.

The pediatric range comes in six fun outer-surface prints — Shark, Turtle, Duck, Dolphin, Space Explorer and Racing Champ — same waterproof protection, softer experience for kids.
