General
These Terms & Conditions govern all quotations, sales, supplies of medical equipment and turnkey project services provided by AKLION FZ-LLC ("AKLION"). By engaging our services you accept these terms in full.

Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude taxes, duties, freight and installation unless explicitly included. AKLION reserves the right to revise pricing for changes in scope or specification.

Delivery & Logistics
Delivery timelines are estimates based on manufacturer lead times. AKLION is not liable for delays caused by customs, force majeure or third-party logistics. Risk transfers to the client upon delivery per the agreed Incoterms.

Warranty & Support
Equipment carries the applicable manufacturer warranty. AKLION provides installation, commissioning and after-sales support as specified per project. Consumables and misuse are excluded from warranty coverage.

Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined per contract, typically requiring an advance with the balance against delivery or milestones. Title to goods remains with AKLION until payment is received in full.

Liability & Governing Law
AKLION's liability is limited to the contract value. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Ras Al Khaimah.
