The CapillaryScope 500 provides a precise method for examining microcirculation, with a focus on capillary structures in the nailfold. A fixed 500x magnification combined with a high-quality anti-reflective glass lens enables detailed visualisation of even the smallest vascular changes and supports reliable diagnostic assessment. Eight switchable white LEDs ensure uniform, shadow-free illumination, contributing to clear image quality under consistent examination conditions. The integrated Microtouch sensor allows convenient, contactless image capture, while a magnification lock prevents unintended changes during examination and improves reproducibility of findings. Images can be easily stored and documented using the included software (DinoCapture 2.0 for Windows, DinoXcope for macOS), enabling structured digital documentation and patient follow-up.
