The Cellacare® Thorax Classic is a bandage designed for compression and stabilisation of the chest area. It is suitable for support following thoracic injuries or surgery and provides targeted relief of the ribs with every breath. Thanks to the wide hook-and-loop fastener, the bandage is easy to apply and allows for individual adjustment of compression to the patient. Two different versions – for women and men – ensure an anatomically optimised fit: the women’s version features a contoured chest area and a height of 15 cm, while the men’s model has a straight shape and a height of 24 cm. Both versions are available in two sizes each and cover a chest circumference of 65 to 145 cm. The skin-friendly, latex-free material ensures a high level of wearing comfort and can be discreetly worn under clothing. The bandage is washable up to 30 °C and is therefore ideal for regular use. Manufactured in accordance with MDR requirements (Class I) and tested according to ISO 10993-1, it offers safe quality and reliable hygiene.
