The DermaScope® Polarizer (wireless) provides physicians and dermatologists with a precise and flexible solution for dermatoscopic skin examination. Its steplessly adjustable polarisation filter effectively reduces surface glare, supporting the accurate assessment of pigmented and non-pigmented skin lesions and aiding the differentiation between benign and malignant findings. Wireless operation ensures maximum mobility and ease of use, making the device suitable for both in-clinic diagnostics and mobile examinations. A 1.3 megapixel CMOS camera combined with 10x to 50x magnification enables high-resolution image capture and documentation. Eight switchable white LEDs provide uniform illumination, while the anti-reflective coated glass optics ensure sharp and detailed image quality. The device is compatible with Windows and macOS systems and supports standard image and video formats for seamless documentation.
