The DermLite Foto X is a high-quality dermatoscopy lens with excellent optics that can be mounted to almost every reflex camera, compact camera or even smartphone and tablet. At the press of a button, you can switch between polarised and non-polarised light while choosing between 4 brightness levels. Additionally, the new and particularly durable Bajonett spacer with removable glass plate allows for quick focusing. If the front panel is removed, the device can also be used for non contact dermatoscopy, which provides a particularly clear image of vessel structures where topical pressure would alter the appearance of the lesion. Since the Foto X is equipped with an integrated Li-ion battery and can be charged during use, the three lower brightness levels allow for extremely long continuous use.
