The DermLite GL Dermatoscope from 3Gen is a compact, lightweight device that can be used both as a stand-alone tool and in combination with a smartphone. The two adjacent lenses offer different magnifications, suitable for general examinations (1.4x) or detailed dermoscopy (6x). In total, six LEDs are integrated around the lenses on the underside of the DermLite GL, and the side-mounted button allows group-wise activation of the lighting for either the general or dermoscopy lens. The package includes a transparent protective cap that slides over the lenses to shield them between examinations. The integrated clip allows the DermLite GL to be easily attached to professional clothing, keeping it within reach at all times.
