Dino-Lite · MEDL4FW
Article No. AK-FD-152
The Dino-Lite PodoScope is a digital microscope specifically designed for podiatric examination of toenails, foot skin, and the entire foot. It enables precise real-time photo and video recordings, which can be transferred directly to Windows or MacOS PCs and viewed together with the patient. The intuitive operation via the microtouch sensor at the end of the cable supports quick and uncomplicated image capture during the examination. Eight powerful white LEDs ensure optimal illumination of the examination field, providing natural colour reproduction and thus contributing to the early detection of skin changes. An integrated polarisation filter reduces disruptive reflections and, in combination with a high-quality lens with anti-reflective coating, ensures high-resolution and detailed images. The macro zoom function offers two magnification levels at a constant working distance, increasing flexibility in documentation of findings. The device is designed to be lightweight, robust and hygienic: The removable and replaceable cover cap supports the maintenance of high hygiene standards in daily work in a medical practice.
