With the DZ-S50 Dermatoscope, you have a compact, high-performance instrument at your disposal, specifically developed for detailed dermatological examinations. Thanks to the large 40.5 mm lens with 6x magnification (optionally expandable to 9x), you benefit from a wide field of view with minimal distortion – for clear, precise assessments even of the finest skin structures. The high-intensity LED illumination (30,000 Lux) ensures excellent lighting of the examination area and supports the reliable detection of colour and structural differences. With just one button, you can effortlessly switch between polarised and non-polarised light modes: while the polarised mode facilitates the assessment of subcutaneous pigmentation, the non-polarised mode is ideal for the precise examination of the skin surface. The ergonomic construction, with its low weight (approx. 125 g) and symmetrical build, ensures comfortable, two-handed operation – making it ideal even for longer examination series during daily work in a medical practice.
