The wireless EarScope Basic provides a compact and reliable solution for examining the external auditory canal and tympanic membrane in clinical practice. Its wireless design allows flexible, location-independent use, which is particularly useful when examining children or patients with limited mobility. The device delivers clear image quality with a VGA resolution of 640 × 480 pixels and an optical magnification of 20x to 30x, enabling detailed assessment of fine anatomical structures. Four integrated white LEDs provide uniform, glare-free illumination of the examination area and support precise visual evaluation. For hygienic use, the EarScope Basic features a removable examination head and is supplied with single-use specula in three sizes (3, 4, and 5 mm) for patient-specific examinations. The device supports both wireless and USB data transmission and is compatible with current Windows and macOS systems. The included software allows simple image and video documentation and archiving.
