The Vitalograph COPD-6 electronic screener enables fast, accurate early detection of obstructive lung diseases such as COPD and asthma, particularly in at-risk patients before symptoms become apparent. It measures all key screening parameters, including FEV1, FEV6, FEV1/FEV6 and FEV1%, and also calculates lung age and the obstruction index in line with current COPD Consortium recommendations. Classification follows the GOLD guidelines (Stage I–IV), supporting a standardised and clinically reliable assessment of disease severity. Designed for efficient use in daily clinical workflows, the COPD-6 features intuitive operation, automatic test quality control and a large, easy-to-read display. Built-in quality checks help ensure reliable results by detecting errors such as coughing or delayed test start. Suitable for multi-patient use, it can be used with bacterial-viral filters to support high hygiene standards and patient safety. Models with USB allow seamless data transfer to Windows PCs or mobile devices, enabling fast documentation and analysis via Vitalograph software.
