The EliteVue Otoscope from Riester has been specially developed for demanding otoscopic diagnostics in both clinical and practice settings. With its high-performance LED illumination (4,000 Kelvin, CRI = 92) and more than 5x magnification, it offers a significantly improved view of the ear canal and tympanic membrane. The viewing field, which is twice as large compared to standard otoscopes, enables a complete visualisation of the tympanic membrane, greatly increasing diagnostic confidence and supporting patient safety. The reflection-optimised high-performance glass optics provide razor-sharp and high-contrast images. The depth of field can be adjusted single-handedly using the focusing wheel, allowing you to flexibly respond to anatomical conditions and different patient groups. With the single-handed SpecEjec ejection mechanism, the used ear funnel can be removed with minimal contamination – an important contribution to infection prevention in daily work in a medical practice.
