Geratherm non contact infrared thermometer for reliable and fast measurement of body temperature. For easy temperature measurement in adults, children and babies without direct skin contact to minimise the risk of infection transmission. To measure, the thermometer simply needs to be held briefly in front of the patient's forehead. When a fever is detected, the thermometer automatically emits an acoustic signal and the backlight of the digital display changes to red. As the infrared thermometer has a measuring range between 0 °C and 100 °C, it can also be used to measure the temperature of surfaces, such as checking the temperature of baby feeding bottles or the ambient temperature. Fever indicator (10 short signal sounds and red LCD background illumination indicate a body temperature beyond 37.5 °C)
