The IriScope Wireless is a compact digital microscope specifically designed for the examination of the iris and is used in both general medicine and naturopathy. Thanks to the high magnification rate of 10x to 20x, even the finest details of the iris can be captured, which would not be visible to the naked eye. This allows irritations, foreign bodies or other abnormalities to be precisely documented and assessed. The integrated LED illumination with two white and two yellow LEDs ensures optimal lighting of the examination area. Especially for dark irises, the yellow LEDs enable detailed imaging. The special front cap ensures the correct distance between camera and eye and increases user-friendliness as well as patient safety. With just one button press, high-resolution images and videos can be created, which can be transferred and viewed directly on Windows or MacOS systems. The associated software, which can be downloaded free of charge from the manufacturer, also offers the possibility for measurement and analysis of the recordings.
