The brand new Littmann CORE Digital Stethoscope combines the advantages of a classic Littmann stethoscope with the most advanced digital auscultation technology to date. The Littmann CORE is equipped with active noise cancellation, which reduces disturbing background noise to a minimum. Combined with up to 40x amplification, you can hear even the faintest body sounds clearly, even in noisy environments. Using Bluetooth, the auscultation can be transmitted in real time to a compatible Android or iOS device with the Eko app installed and visualised there. The examination can also be saved, commented on and shared with a professional colleague.
