The LuxaScope Auris LED Otoscope Head features a powerful LED ring with six concentrically arranged LEDs, providing uniform illumination of approx. 10,000 lux with a colour temperature of around 4,250 K – completely without fibre optics and without limiting the field of view. The dimmable light is exceptionally durable thanks to constant current control (LED lifespan approx. 100,000 h) and maintenance-free as no bulb replacement is necessary. An automatic shut-off after three minutes further enhances energy efficiency. The optimised head design includes a pivoting 3x magnifying lens with click-stop function and an insufflation port for pneumatic tests, ensuring comfortable and precise diagnostics.
