The MESI mTABLET TBI is a complete system for determining the toe-brachial index (TBI). The set consists of three diagnostic modules, two upper arm cuffs and two toe cuffs for blood pressure measurement, the MESI mTABLET and the corresponding charging station. The measurement results are transmitted to the mTABLET via WLAN and can be evaluated there with the corresponding software. The TBI measurement is used to detect PAD in all patients in whom an ABI measurement cannot be performed. This may be the case, for example, in patients with extensive wounds, lymphoedema or Mönckeberg's sclerosis.
