The Peha-shield Powder-Free surgical gloves feature a lead-free metal oxide that shields the hands against ionising radiation. This allows the surgical gloves to be worn anywhere where medical interventions with X-ray support are carried out. The surgical gloves are comfortable despite the metal oxide, feature good tactile sensitivity and are both elastic and tear resistant. Meets EN 455 Part I and II requirements for density, dimensions and material properties Peha-shield powder-free surgical gloves are used for all medical interventions carried out with X-ray support e.g. diagnostic heart catheter surgery, angiography, surgery or orthopaedics.
