The RA437 Bolero Shoulder Radiation Protection provides reliable shielding of the shoulder region and breast tissue without restricting freedom of movement. Its ergonomic, innovative design allows for separate use and is compatible with common X-ray protective clothing systems. A front hook-and-loop closure ensures quick and secure donning in daily clinical use. The bolero is available in five sizes (XS–XL) and can be optimally matched to existing radiation protection garments. A selection of MPure radiation protection materials – including lightweight lead and variants with 0.25 mm, 0.35 mm and 0.50 mm Pb equivalence – allows tailored protection for applications in the 50 to 150 kV range. The durable MTex outer material is robust, easy to clean and designed for long-term clinical use. A special PU coating ensures additional resistance while complying with the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, confirming tested material safety and sustainability.
