The rechargeable battery for KERN scales provides a reliable power supply and enables flexible, mains-independent operation across various KERN scale models. This allows mobile use in daily medical practice and outpatient care. The battery is compatible with different scale types, including wheelchair, chair, standing and baby scales, and supports a wide range of KERN models such as MWA, MTA, MPE, MPD, MPC, MCC and MBC. With a capacity of 2,200 mAh and a voltage of 7.2 V, the NiMH battery is suitable for extended operating times. The charging time is approximately 12 hours. It features plug-in terminals for easy replacement and a compact design (3 × 15 × 1.5 cm) with a low weight of approx. 0.15 kg for convenient handling. A compatible mains adapter is required for charging and is available separately depending on the scale model. The KERN scale battery ensures uninterrupted operation and supports efficient, flexible workflows in medical environments regardless of location.
