Developed and manufactured in Germany, the ri-derma® dermatoscope from Riester was specially designed for precise refelected-light dermatoscopy and is characterised by its daylight-like illumination (optional xenon or LED illumination available). It offers a 10-fold magnification of skin structures and is therefore ideally suited for use in the early detection of malignant skin changes. The lens can be focused as needed and is achromatic. Depending on the purpose of the examination, a contact plate (with a scale of 0-10 mm or without a scale) is available. The scaling enables precise measurement of skin changes during the skin examination. Thanks to the bayonet lock, it is possible to change the instrument head quickly and easily.
