The ri-mini F.O. Otoscope Set is a reliable examination instrument for the precise assessment of the external auditory canal and the tympanic membrane in clinics and medical practices. The excellent fibre optics ensure optimal light bundling and, together with the halogen illumination, provide a daylight-like, glare-free illumination – even in hard-to-reach areas. This supports safe, differentiated findings and makes a significant contribution to patient safety. Thanks to the 2.5x magnification provided by the removable magnifying lens, even fine structures of the tympanic membrane and pathological changes can be reliably assessed. For procedures such as the removal of foreign bodies or the collection of samples, the magnifying lens can simply be unscrewed, allowing instruments to be easily inserted. The sealed system also enables pneumatic otoscopy, an essential procedure for assessing tympanic membrane mobility. The device impresses with its extremely impact-resistant housing made of glass fibre reinforced plastic and the chrome-plated metal frame at the front of the head, which guarantees high durability and suitability for daily use. The secure screw connection between the otos
