The RP271children's X-ray protective breast guard from MAVIG reduces radiation exposure by up to 80 % and is ideal for use in paediatrics. Thanks to soft neoprene stoppers and a convenient cord stoppper in the back, the radiation shield can be individually adjusted. It has a lead equivalent value of Pb 0.50 mm and is made of a skin-friendly material that can be easily cleaned. In addition, the X-ray protection for girls complies with (EU) 2016/425 and (EU) 2017/745. The two covers for the breast tissue are approx. 11 x 10 cm and therefore offer extensive protection against radiation exposure. Individually adjustable by means of neoprene stoppers and cord stopper in the back
