MAVIG · RP6483+Lagoon+12

Article No. AK-IR-083

The MAVIG RP648 CT Radiation Protection provides reliable shielding of the thyroid gland, shoulder joints, sternum and chest during diagnostic CT examinations in the cranial region. It significantly reduces radiation exposure, with dose reductions of approximately 65% for the thyroid, 80% for the sternum, and up to 90% for the chest and shoulder joints. The protective system can be positioned quickly and easily without additional fastening aids, allowing seamless integration into routine clinical workflows. Its flexible design enables adaptation to different anatomical requirements, and an additional thyroid shield can be applied if needed. The ComforTex® HPMF Duplex outer material is hygienic, skin-friendly, and designed for easy cleaning, supporting high standards in clinical environments. The product is reusable and suitable for use within the 50–150 kV range, with a lead equivalence of 0.50 mm (standard lead) in compliance with IEC 61331-1. The universal size ensures broad usability, while the integrated RFID chip enables efficient tracking and documentation in medical facilities. The RP648 complies with EU Regulation 2016/425 (PPE) and EU Regulation 2017/745 (medical devices),

Equipment standard by AKLION.
