The seca 379 is a modern, ergonomically-shaped infant scale with an extra-large, mussel-shaped weighing tray which safely envelopes the baby during weighing. Thanks to seca's 360° wireless radio technology, the values can be transmitted to a wireless printer or a PC. The weighing tray is resistant to disinfectants and formed in such a way that small children can be weighed while sitting. Many practical functions, such as HOLD, TARE and BMIF ease weighing tasks and accelerate the weighing process. Please note: This seca scale is calibrated for use within Germany. Use of this scale in other countries could lead to discrepancies in measurement accuracy. Babies lie in the tray with safety as the side walls are particularly safe BMIF (Breast Milk Intake Function) to determine the amount of milk consumed when nursing HOLD function freezes the values and enables reading the values after taking care of the baby
