The Soehnle 8320 Foldable Baby Scale is designed for precise infant weight measurement up to 15 kg in daily medical practice. Its eight-point weighing system with eight load cells ensures high measurement accuracy, even with restless infants, supporting reliable monitoring of early weight development in hospitals, practices, and home care. A key feature is the patented folding mechanism with magnetic closure, allowing the scale to be folded to half its size for space-saving storage and easy transport. The integrated carrying handle further improves mobility. The hygienic plastic housing is easy to clean and suitable for medical environments. Operation is straightforward via a large LCD display (15 mm digits). The tare function enables the use of pads or blankets, while the hold function ensures stable and readable results even with moving patients. An energy-saving auto-off function supports long battery life and reliable readiness. The scale complies with relevant EC directives (2004/108/EC, 2006/95/EC) and offers IP54 protection, making it suitable for clinical use.
