The TMX® WAVE lymph and recovery tape supports the lymphatic system through an innovative wave structure that specifically stimulates the skin and underlying tissue. This promotes lymphatic flow, leading to an effective reduction of swelling and fluid retention. Additionally, the tape improves circulation and supports the acceleration of regeneration after physical exertion, injuries, or venous complaints. The material consists of skin-friendly viscose and cotton, is breathable, waterproof, and thus ensures high wearing comfort without restricting freedom of movement. The simple application allows for independent use even without special prior knowledge. Clinically relevant is also the ability to reduce muscle fatigue faster and alleviate joint complaints through gentle stabilization. In combination with the free TMX® Exercise World, accessible via a QR code, the application is complemented by evidence-based exercise recommendations, further enhancing efficiency in clinical practice.
