The TrichoScope Basic provides a precise and efficient method for scalp examination and hair analysis in clinical practice. It is particularly suited for the assessment of hair loss, diagnosis of scalp conditions, and monitoring of therapeutic progress. With up to 200× magnification, even fine structures of hair shafts and scalp tissue can be visualised in detail. The conical cap design helps to part the hair and ensures a clear, unobstructed view of the examination area, supporting accurate trichoscopy in everyday use. The device is equipped with eight switchable white LEDs for uniform illumination. An anti-reflective optical coating reduces glare and improves image quality.
