The VeinNavi® vein locator NAVI-60 from Medcaptain is used for the gentle and precise puncture of veins and displays them in real time on the surface of the skin. This way, the localization of veins at different depths is possible, so that malpunctures are effectively avoided. This reduces the risk of hardening and scarring of veins. The device is equipped with a large display and an easy and intuitive keypad. If required, it is possible to vary the size of the projection surface and the projection colour can also be adjusted. The vein finder can be used in both battery and mains operation. The powerful lithium battery allows continuous operation for approx. 2.5 hours and can be fully charged within 4 hours. Due to its versatile functions, the vein finder is perfect for use in paediatrics, oncology, vascular medicine, cardiology and it also serves as a helpful support in the context of sclerotherapy and cauterization therapy and ensures optimal results. If required, an optional rolling stand as well as a table stand are available, which allow ideal and hand-free positioning of the venography device above the puncture site.
