Description
The Vitalograph Lung Age monitor measures FEV1 and compares it with the pre-set reference value stored in the device. The result displays the patient's “effective” lung age and clearly demonstrates the impact of smoking on life expectancy. This makes the Lung Age monitor an excellent motivational tool for smoking cessation programmes and patient education. The Lung Age monitor offered by us does NOT comply with the requirements of the Swiss Medical Devices Ordinance (MepV).
