Description
The latex-containing, non-sterile RUDD rubber ligature rings from B. Braun were specially designed for the treatment of haemorrhoids. It is usually inserted as part of a surgical procedure. The rubber band is placed around the base of the haemorrhoid, gently cutting off the blood supply. The haemorrhoid then shrinks and dies. If necessary, the ligature rubber rings can also be used to treat oesophageal varices. The delivery includes 100 Rudd rubber rings.
