The 3M Steri-Strip skin closures allow for fast, painless and atraumatic closure of uncomplicated wounds. The closure strips made from artificial silk are coated in a moisture resistant acrylate adhesive that provides strong adhesion while the wound is healing. As the wound margins can be adapted, the 3M Steri-Strips ensure excellent cosmetic outcomes. The Steri-Strips are breathable, permeable to wound secretion and very robust, thanks to their rayon thread reinforcement.
