Description

Acticoat is a highly effective antimicrobial barrier dressing. Its nanocrystalline silver coating quickly eliminates a broad spectrum of bacteria in as little as 30 minutes, promoting quicker healing. The Acticoat antibacterial dressing is composed of 3 layers: an absorbent inner core sandwiched between outer layers of silver coated, non-adhesive polyethylene net. The inner layer helps maintain a moist wound environment, while the outer layers protect the wound from bacterial infection, making it optimal for wound healing.
