The Aluderm Dressing Sheet impresses with its aluminium-coated wound contact surface, which reliably prevents adhesion to the wound and thus ensures gentle wound care. The highly absorbent layer with an absorption capacity of 1,400 g/m² enables effective absorption of wound exudate without allowing any backflow to the wound. This creates an optimal wound environment that supports skin regeneration and healing. The dressing sheet is breathable, hypoallergenic, and physiologically safe. It contains neither optical brighteners nor chemical binders and is specifically designed to meet the requirements of daily work in a medical practice. The non-fibrous material structure ensures safe application, even on sensitive or damaged skin.
