Description

The Aluplast Finger Tip Plaster by Söhngen is a specially designed dressing for the management of injuries to the fingertip. Thanks to its special cut, it enables secure and complete coverage of the wound and reliably encloses the fingertip from all sides. The aluminium-coated aluderm® wound pad prevents the dressing from sticking to the wound, thus supporting atraumatic wound care. The highly absorbent absorbent fleece efficiently absorbs exudate, while the carrier material made of highly elastic polyester fleece ensures optimal adaptation to finger movements. The thermo-activated polyacrylate adhesive guarantees secure adhesion without irritating the skin. The dressing is skin-friendly, hypoallergenic, breathable, water-repellent and conformable, making it suitable for sensitive patients or those with plaster allergies. Each fingertip dressing is individually hygienically sealed, ensuring demand-oriented removal, safe storage and long shelf life.
