Cosmopor® transparent is a discreet and waterproof wound dressing designed for the postoperative care of lightly exuding wounds. The semi-permeable polyurethane film adheres securely and gently to the skin thanks to its skin-friendly polyacrylate adhesive. The integrated viscose fibre wound pad is covered with a polyethylene mesh that prevents the dressing from sticking to the wound. This supports gentle and almost painless dressing changes, improving patient comfort during wound care. The simple application is supported by a numbered protective film that guides users through each step.
