Description

The DROP® Wound Dressing provides efficient and safe management of lacerations, contusions, and surgical wounds in daily work in a medical practice. The breathable, longitudinally elastic non-woven material ensures optimal adaptation to various body sites, while the rounded corners provide particularly secure adhesion and minimise the risk of detachment. The sterile, antiseptic wound pad with 0.5% chlorhexidine digluconate reliably protects against infections and supports healing without adhering to the wound – thus ensuring an atraumatic dressing change. The dressing is particularly suitable for moderately to heavily bleeding or exuding wounds and impresses with its high absorbency. The use of a hypoallergenic, solvent- and latex-free hot-melt adhesive also makes the product suitable for allergy sufferers and sensitive skin. The DROP® Wound Dressing is available in many sizes and is individually sterile packed, guaranteeing maximum hygiene and patient safety.
