Description

The sterile ES compresses are designed for professional wound care in medical practices and clinics. Made from high-quality gauze according to EN 14079, they feature a 17-thread structure that provides excellent absorbency. The folded cut edges (ES) allow the compresses to be unfolded easily and repeatedly, enabling flexible adaptation to different wound sizes without creating disruptive edge threads. The compresses are air-permeable, soft and supple, supporting gentle treatment while helping to minimise skin irritation. They are suitable as both primary and secondary dressings and are particularly intended for the initial treatment of contaminated, exuding and infected wounds. They can also be used as sterile swabs for minor surgical procedures. Each pack contains 50 sterile compresses, individually packed in sets of 2 to support hygienic handling and patient safety.
