Description

The IODOSORB™ Dressing is designed for the topical management of chronically exuding and infected wounds. It provides a controlled release of iodine, delivering sustained antiseptic activity against a broad spectrum of wound pathogens, including MRSA and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The formulation also supports biofilm disruption, helping to improve wound bed preparation and support healing. With its high absorptive capacity, the dressing effectively absorbs excess exudate and necrotic tissue, maintaining a moist wound environment that promotes granulation tissue formation and healing. At the same time, it helps to reduce odour and improve patient comfort by alleviating discomfort associated with heavily exuding wounds. IODOSORB™ is latex-free, sterile packed, and available in various sizes for flexible clinical use.
