Lomatuell PRO offers a modern solution for wound management and is suitable for use in demanding clinical and practice environments. The gel-forming contact mesh adapts well to different wound shapes and ensures a comfortable application, even on anatomically challenging areas. The combination of polyester tulle, vaseline and hydrocolloid maintains a moist wound environment and helps prevent the dressing from sticking to the wound surface. This supports atraumatic dressing changes and reduces patient discomfort. The vaseline-based lipidising effect additionally supports care of dry wound edges. The material can be individually cut to size and used on both sides, allowing flexible handling and efficient use in clinical workflows. Its open mesh structure enables effective exudate drainage into a secondary dressing. It may also be used in combination with negative pressure wound therapy*.
