Description

Surgicryl PGA is an absorbable, braided multifilament with a coating of polycaprolactone and calcium stearate. The surgical suture material provides excellent tissue support, is very strong and easy to handle. Surgicryl PGA is available as a needle-and-thread combination or as a Ligapack without needle in a range of different variants. Available needle types: DS = 3/8-circle, reverse cutting, HR = 1/2-circle, round bodied Adaptation of soft tissues and/or ligatures in general surgery, visceral surgery, gynaecology, obstetrics, plastic surgery, urology, ophthalmology and orthopaedics. The absorbable suture material Surgicryl PGA is available in a range of thicknesses with different needles. Every needle-thread combination or Ligapack is sterile packed and ready to use.
