Description

Tegaderm™ Roll is a transparent, non-sterile film roll designed to securely fix primary dressings and medical devices to the skin. The roll can be cut to the required length and shape, allowing flexible application to different body areas. Its breathable, conformable film flexes with the skin for comfortable wear and can remain in place for up to 7 days. The transparent film and adhesive allow for precise placement and continuous observation of the wound or application site. Tegaderm™ Roll is also easy to apply and remove while wearing medical gloves, supporting efficient and hygienic workflows. The film provides a waterproof barrier against liquids, bacteria and viruses and can be worn during bathing or showering. For showering, the manufacturer recommends using a waterproof cover over the dressing and I.V. site. Tegaderm™ Roll is suitable for securing primary wound dressings and non-sterile medical devices, as well as for use as a secondary dressing over products such as alginates, hydrogels and gauze.
