Comprecap is suited for drying tooth stumps or for haemostasis during prep or impression taking. These compression caps are placed on tooth stumps (maybe fixed with additional cotton rolls) after grinding and the gingiva will be condensed, the bleeding stopped and the tooth stump dried.
