Hoffmann's EasyFill makes it easy and safe to place temporary fillings. The ready-to-use filling compound has a smooth consistency and can be modelled easily and quickly with all filling instruments.Hoffmann's EasyFill adapts very well to the cavity margins, closes tightly and can be easily removed with a probe or excavator if necessary without rotating instruments.When exposed to moisture, the closure material hardens on its own, which makes processing much easier. For emergency treatments, for instance to restore chewing function or to protect against painful stimuli if a piece of the filling or tooth has broken out, the temporary sealant is suitable. But EasyFill can also be used to restore the cavity after root canal treatment or if a medical insert has been placed in the root canal. To place the temporary filling, the required amount is taken from the glass, for instance with a Heidemann spatula. The material can either be placed directly into the cavity to be treated or pyramid-shaped onto the spatula and placed into the cavity.
