Thanks to the transparent blade protector, these safety scalpels offer optimal protection against puncture and cut injuries from grabbing, working or disposal. Prior to beginning treatment, the protective hull is comfortably pushed back with the pointer finger. The structured contact area and the sharply grinded scalpel blade provides a safe, simple cutting method. During breaks in treatment or after the treatment, the protective hull can simply be pushed back over the scalpel blade. When you have finished using the scalpel, the protective hull is pushed forward until it is clearly coupled with the safety latch. The safety scalpel can now no longer be used and should be disposed of into a sharps bin.
