Description

The Silicone Pin Mat cushions, protects and organizes delicate surgical instruments during sterilisation. The elevated pins on the front side keep instruments securely in place, helping to prevent slipping or damage throughout the reprocessing cycle. The back side features numerous holes and raised nubs, which provide superior air-flow ventilation and help reduce residual moisture collection. This supports faster and more efficient drying. Reusable, latex-free and autoclavable, the mat can be used repeatedly in standard sterilisation processes. It can also be cut to size for flexible use in different trays and basket systems. By stabilising instruments and improving ventilation during drying, the silicone pin mat supports safe, hygienic and efficient instrument reprocessing in clinical environments.
