Description

The Aluderm aluarm is a ready-to-use special dressing, specifically developed for covering large, superficial injuries on the arm. Thanks to the integrated Velcro fasteners, the dressing can be quickly and securely applied to the entire arm and allows for a loose fixation without compromising patient comfort. The aluminium-coated wound pad made of polyester fleece prevents adhesion to the wound, thus significantly facilitating dressing changes. With its high absorbency of 1,400 g/m², the dressing reliably absorbs exudate and supports a hygienic wound environment. The Aluderm aluarm is breathable, hypoallergenic and physiologically safe, allowing it to be used even on sensitive skin. The hydrophobised PP outer layer provides additional protection and prevents fluid from penetrating to the outside. The user-friendly design allows for uncomplicated wound monitoring as well as an easy and quick change of the dressing. The dressing is individually sterile packed in a peel pouch and complies with medical device class I(s). This makes the Aluderm aluarm ideal for professional use in hospitals, daily work in a medical practice, and emergency care.
