Description

The Aluderm Compress by Söhngen has been specifically developed for the rapid and efficient treatment of superficial wounds, such as abrasions, burns (1st and 2nd degree), or cuts. The aluminium-coated wound pad reliably prevents adhesion to the wound and enables gentle wound rest. The highly absorbent layer effectively absorbs wound exudate without allowing it to return to the wound, thereby reducing the risk of maceration. The Aluderm Compress is breathable, hypoallergenic, and has been proven to promote wound healing as well as skin formation. Its soft, supple material ensures comfortable application and prevents fraying. As it is individually sterile packed, it meets high standards of hygiene and patient safety. The compress is available in various sizes and is ideal for use in daily work in a medical practice as well as in emergency medicine.
