Description

The compact and lightweight CARDIO FIRST ANGEL CPR feedback system is designed to provide emergency support to lay persons and avoids direct contact between first responder and patient. Since it is an intuitively operated mechanical device, the resuscitation assistant functions without a power supply and electronic components. Therefore, it is immediately ready for use anytime and everywhere. Thanks to its sophisticated design, positioning on the patient's chest is particularly easy. The CPR feedback system consists of three elementary components: the centrepiece of the device is the stable PE plastic base plate, which has a body-compatible polyurethane foam attached to its bottom for even pressure distribution and fluid absorption. The base plate is mounted on a complex arrangement of coil springs that transmit the compressive force to the thorax. This pressure is applied via the signal-red pressure surface, which is provided with internationally comprehensible pictograms. Therefore, the device ensures a high level of user safety.
